Instructions for using both products together

Use the spray and cream as directed on their individual product labels.

For those who choose to use both products together, apply the cream to clean skin and use the spray sublingually according to the instructions provided with each product.

Sublingual Spray

Apply one spray under the tongue and allow the liquid to remain briefly in the mouth before swallowing. Avoid eating or drinking immediately before or after use.

Natural Cream

Apply a small amount to clean skin and massage gently until absorbed.
