Damaged, Incorrect or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect product, or your parcel is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost parcels).
Please include:
• Your order number.
• Photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable).
• A description of the issue.
We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Returns will not be accepted where:
• The order has been successfully delivered.
• The customer has changed their mind.
• The customer no longer wishes to keep the product.
• The customer did not achieve their expected or desired outcome.
• The product has been opened or used.

Refunds
